Alaina Conner presents a list of potential plot points for the final two books of “A Song of Ice and Fire,” most of which involve characters dying horribly.
“2. Sansa will destroy Littlefinger’s reputation and leave him penniless and alone. She will then retake Winterfell and will sit as the Wolf in the North. She will redeem her entire family and shame all those who stood against the Starks. She will rebuild. She will do this without ever personally wielding a sword, but through diplomacy, intelligence, and grace. People will continue to log onto Tumblr to talk about how much they hate her, how she is super lame, whiny, and is totally ‘not a strong female character.’”
Mindy Kaling is the creator and star of “The Mindy Project" which starts its second season Tuesday September 17th on Fox.
The season ended with Mindy getting engaged to Casey (played by Anders Holm, right) while doing philanthropic work in Haiti. She returns to her OB-GYN practice and meets the doctor (James Franco) that filled in while she was away.
When Mindy spoke to Terry Gross she talked about how she wanted to approach her job as show-runner:
One thing my mom and dad raised me believing is that everyone is busy, so it’s not really a good conversation topic to talk about how busy you are. And it’s a little narcissistic, in fact, to talk about that, because everyone is stressed out no matter what job you’re in. Nobody is like, ‘Yeah, I’m doing really well — work is just a total snooze and so easy.’
So when I got this job, I thought, ‘I’m going to be that person who is the star of their own show and the show-runner and the head writer, et cetera, et cetera — but I’m going to always seem like it’s no big deal.’ And I was actually able to do that for the first six weeks. And now, I have to say, it’s a little hard to pretend that I’m just like this cool-as-a-cucumber person.
I really don’t like this SCOTUS show y’all are liveblogging and I hope it gets a new showrunner soon. No offense to the fandom, y’all are awesome, but this season really sucks except for that one lady.
